You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. Requests to withdraw funds to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation. All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and are visible in the bonuses section of your account.

Bets voided under this clause will be refunded to the player's account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be treated as void and the wager returned to the player's account. 95pkr will not be liable for any interruption to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 95pkr Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 95pkr support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.
